GRANDPARENTS!!!!!

Introducing Kai Thatcher Eberhart Dec. 27, 6:21 pm, 8lbs 9oz, 20 inches with
a surprising head full of blonde curly hair!

It's a boy!!!! Well, we knew that, of course! But he's here! Vigorous and squalling and very much a boy! December 27, 6:21 pm, 8lbs, 9 ounces, 20 inches long with a surprising head of blonde curly hair! (Derek attributes this to his Dutch side!) Both Tiffany and Derek were wonderful throughout the long day (Tiffer's water broke around 2am), and somehow managed to remain beautiful from start to finish. Team Tiffany -- Derek, the 2Cs, Cindy (Tiffer's Mom), Kristin (Tiffer's friend from Indiana) and Jolie (her neighbor) were on hand for most of the day, and although only Don and Cindy and Derek were able to remain in the room for the actual birth, Don surprised himself by doing a superb job of filming the event for the rest of us. Tiffany was a true star! I tell you that damn video camera was the best $ we've spent! Oh, my God, we're grandparents. I can't tell you the emotion!
